The electric spark detection instrument applies a certain amount of pulse high voltage to the surface of various conductive substrate anti-corrosion layers. If the anti-corrosion layer is too thin, leaks metal or has gas leakage pinholes, when the pulse high voltage passes through, it forms an air gap breakdown and generates spark discharge. At the same time, it sends a pulse signal to the alarm circuit, causing the alarm to sound an alarm, thus achieving the purpose of detecting the anti-corrosion layer.
